DELIVERY TERMS

  • All products are in storage exept för the artphotos. Delivery times för these can be seen on their product pages. Other possible exceptions are also written on the product pages.
  • Please observe that there is only ONE of each home decoration product available in most cases. If the product is sold, the customer will be informed.
  • All paintings are also unique. Artphotos are available in more then one piece.
  • The items will be delivered as soon as possible after the payment transfer has arrived to Laura´s decoration and art (here called Laura´s) bank account. The delivery will take place in 2-4 weeks from ordering, considering the stock level.
  • If the customer is ordering products with different delivery times, the full order will be delivered according to the longest one.
  • If the customer definitely need to get the product by a certain date, this must be clearly communicated to Laura´s in advance (for example when ordering). We will do our best to meet reasonable expectations regarding to the delivery date.
  • The ordered goods will be delivered by post. The postage will be charged according to the price list of Finlands Post. If the customer wants to use some other kind of transportation, please contact Laura´s by e-mail info@lauras.fi or phone +358 400 714508.
  •  If the customer wants to order from a country outside Finland but inside the EU, the postage  and other possible costs will be defined in the order confirmation.
  • IMPORTANT! IF THE CUSTOMER WANTS TO ORDER FROM A COUNTRY OUTSIDE THE EUROPEAN UNION (EU), HE/SHE SHOULD CONTACT LAURA´S FIRST BY E-MAIL info@lauras.fi OR PHONE +358 400 714508. THE CUSTOMER IS RESPONSIBLE FOR ALL POSSIBLE CUSTOMS AND OTHER PAYMENTS! You are very welcome as a customer from all coutrys in the world, but this arrangement makes sure that all costs will be right for the customer!
  • Paintings, artphotos and other fragile products will be sent insured. This will be added to the delivery costs.
  • The copy of the invoice will be sent with the goods, keep it as a receipt of your payment.
  • All home decoration products ar controlled but as they are single treasures from near and far, signs of loving wear might be found. Items are sold as they are in the moment of purchase.
  • All prices include possible VAT.
  • A minimum age of 18 years is requested.

CLAIM


If the customer receives a wrong product of the product is damaged etc. the customer has to inform Laura´s about this within a reasonable time by e-mail info@Laura´s.fi. The faulty delivery can be returned without postage according to Laura´s  instructions (got by e-mail). The claim/advise by e-mail has to be made BEFORE returning. When Laura´s  has received the product, the price of the product (including the postage) will be returned promptly.


FORCE MAJEURE


 Laura´s  is not responsible if the delivery is delayed or can not be made because of factors Laura´s has no influence. This kind of factors are war, catastrophe, export- or import bans, decisions of authorities, strike or other factors which  averts Laura´s  activities.

DISAGREEMENTS


 Disagreements caused by this trade agreement are solved according to Finnish law.


TERMS OF PAYMENT


The advance payment as a bank transfer is required. When the payment transfer has arrived to Laura´s bank account, the delivery will be sent immediately (if the item is in storage). The total amount to pay and bank account number is shown in the order confirmation Laura´s sends to you.

For orders in Finland it is also possible to use Klarna-account. For information about this please contact info@lauras.fi or www.klarna.fi.

We reserve the items for you in 10 days counted from sending the order confirmation. If the payment has not arrived in this time, the order will be cancelled.
Please notice that payment transfer between countrys can take several days.

RETURNINGS


The customer is allowed to return unused products within 14 days from receiving them. The product and its package have to be in the same condition than it was when the customer received.The customer has to advise Laura´s BEFORE returning by e-mail info@lauras.fi to get futher instructions. When Laura´s has received the product, the price of the product will be returned.

IMPORTANT! IF THE RETURNING ITEM IS A PAINTING OR AN ARTPHOTO, THE CUSTOMER SHOULD BE VERY CAREFUL WITH PACKING IT PROPERLY. IF THE RETURNING ITEM  IS DAMAGED  ON THE WAY BECAUSE OF NEGLIGENT OR INAPPROPRIATE PACKING,  CAN THE ITEM NOT BE REPAID TO THE CUSTOMER!

TRANSPORT DAMAGES


Sometimes the cases might damage during the transport despite the careful packing. For that reason it would be highly recommended to check the status of the package at the post office while collecting the package. If the package is damaged during the transport (and also the goods inside the  package are damaged) make a damage report at the post office immediately. Then contact our customer service e-mail info@lauras.fi.
